About Amberfield Settings
Amberfield Settings Cresendo is Avida’s first residential project inside Cresendo, Ayala Land’s master-planned estate in Tarlac City. It is planned as the start of residential life in the estate, close to the shops, school and transport links already operating in Cresendo’s downtown.
It is a master-planned community with sensible amenities and right-sized lots, offered as lot only or house and lot. The project is currently in its pre-launch stage, and buyers can submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to be first in line when lots are released.
