About Cresendo

Cresendo is Ayala Land’s 290-hectare mixed-use estate in Tarlac City, launched in 2019 and planned as the new downtown of northern Central Luzon. It combines a 47-hectare commercial district, a 32-hectare industrial park, schools, open spaces and future residential communities.

The estate is already active: MerryMart, 7-Eleven and other national brands are open along The Shops at Cresendo, Don Bosco runs a Senior High School campus, and the 1.5-hectare town plaza hosts regular community events. At full build-out, Cresendo is planned for about 54,000 residents, 5,000 students and 2,000 workers.

I am an Ayala Land–accredited broker for Cresendo. Deal with me directly for available lots, price lists, payment terms, reservation and your site visit — at no extra cost to you.
